For UK GDPR data requests, prefix your email subject with “Privacy”, those are handled within one calendar month under the formal process described in our Privacy Policy.

Things we can’t help with:
- Specific advice about your own pension situation. We’re not a regulated financial adviser. We can explain how the rules work, but we can’t tell you what to do, that needs someone who’s seen your numbers and is authorised to give that advice
- Claims, contributions, transfers, or anything that needs scheme records. Those go through your scheme administrator (NHS Pensions, Capita Civil Service Pensions, Capita Teachers’ Pensions, etc.), we don’t have access to anyone’s individual accounts
